Can I follow the Tisanoreica2® Diet without using decottopiric products? When should they be taken? Can decottopiric products be mixed together? Are they to be taken cold?
Decottopia® is really the trump card of the Tisanoreica2® Diet for its power to counteract the side effects of the ketone bodies produced (the process that takes place during the Intensive Phase of the diet). It is possible to mix several decottopiric extracts together by following a few simple rules: use no more than four different products and avoid products that have contrary effects or that have to be taken at different times. Decottopiric extracts will keep their organoleptic and medicinal properties for up to 30 days after opening if stored in a cool, dry place. Once diluted in water they should be consumed within 24 hours. In order for the products to keep their organoleptic properties, they should be kept at a temperature of between 10° and 14°C but some particular decoctions can also be drunk hot.
