DESCRIPTION

A rosemary-flavoured baked product, ideal as a snack or as an accompaniment to soups, cured meats and vegetables. To be eaten as is, as a snack, with an aperitif, with cooked or raw vegetables or as an accompaniment to any meal.

INGREDIENTS

Protein mix (soy protein isolate (NO GMO), egg white, wheat gluten, milk protein, hydrolysed collagen), resistant starch, extra virgin olive oil, butter, thickener: carob seed flour, raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate), vegetable fibre, Tisanoreica® Activator (acacia gum fibre, papaya dry extract, freeze-dried pineapple juice, mallow flower dry extract, star anise dry extract, fennel dry extract, artichoke leaf dry extract, dandelion leaf dry extract, lespedeza dry extract aerial parts, griffonia seed dry extract, frangula bark dry extract), rosemary 0.8%, salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin.
