Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (milk, salt, rennet) 30%, protein mixture (soy protein, whey protein, milk protein), gluten free blend (corn starch, skimmed milk powder, icing sugar, guar gum, psyllium seed fibre, corn maltodextrin), pasteurised egg, polydextrose, 3% extra virgin olive oil, Tisanoreica® Activator (acacia gum fibre, papaya dry extract, freeze-dried pineapple juice, mallow flower dry extract, star anise dry extract, fennel dry extract, artichoke leaf dry extract, dandelion leaf dry extract, lespedeza dry extract aerial parts, griffonia seed dry extract, frangula bark dry extract), leavening agent (ammonium acid carbonate), natural olive flavouring.
