TISANOREICA FIBRE
A formula that regulates the absorption of fats and carbohydrates, giving an enhanced feeling of fullness. If used together with Tisanoreica Flor and a healthy diet, it promotes the growth of good bacterial flora. Tisanoreica Fibre is composed of a combination of the following prebiotics: Inulin, glucomannan, american potato and nopal.
Inulin promotes good digestion, reduces intestinal gas, cholesterol and triglycerides, and reduces the feeling of hunger, while glucomannan attenuates hunger pangs and slows down the absorption of sugars and fats.
Particularly recommended for maintaining a healthy weight and for limiting the absorption of nutrients.
Add 1 sachet a day to a glass of water and stir until completely dissolved.
